Our doctors can help you achieve improved facial contours by removing the fat from targeted areas of the face. As specialists in facial surgery, they have extensive training and experience in facial procedures.

About Facial Liposuction
Facial liposuction is a highly effective procedure which is often performed in conjunction with other procedures such as chin augmentation, facelift and neck lift. It produces very gratifying results, including:
For those seeking a non-surgical approach to treating a double chin, Koch Facial Plastic Surgery offers FDA-approved KYBELLA® injections and FDA-cleared CoolSculpting® treatments for permanent results.
Liposuction is performed through a small incision just below the chin. Excess fat is removed from the neck and jowls through a tiny suction tube called a cannula. The procedure typically utilizes general anesthesia, and typically takes 1 to 2 hours.

Meet Dr. Cody Koch
After your facial liposuction procedure, you may experience bruising and swelling for the first few days after surgery. A pressure dressing will be applied to your face immediately after the procedure, and will remain in place for at least 4 days after your surgery. You will then need to return to the office to have your stitches and bandages removed. In general, our liposuction patients report that they enjoy a quick recovery and can return to work in about a week to 10 days.
